We are currently recruiting a Sales Support Manager to work with one of our key manufacturing clients in Wrexham.


Daily duties are mainly coordinating and administrative in nature. The sales support role will also involve the selling of goods and services for returning/regular clients and on occasion handling of new business.


Communication is key to this position, it involves working closely with all sales related paper work and personnel; keeping the sales team and management in the loop with any new activity or updates will be essential.


Duties and responsibilities


- Managing maintenance and sales staff.


- Rapport building with the customer to help develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat customers.


- Meet company goals and work within company guidelines and regulations.


- Work directly with distributors to make sure they have the products demanded by their customers.


- Must possess strong people skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment focused on teamwork and customer service.


- Accurately respond to requests for information within the agreed time scales - quotes, illustrations, and specifications/sales contracts etc.


- Identify potential customers and initiate contact to create new business opportunities.


- Coordinate proposals, presentations, and sales literature.


- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.


- Managing office budgets.


- Liaising with staff, internal suppliers and clients.


- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.


- Delegating tasks to junior employees.


- Constantly looking for new leads and passing them through to the sales team.



We are seeking candidates who are available for an immediate start.



It is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
