We are delighted to be working with a Family run business who are growing their new office and are looking for a Customer Service / Sales Adviser to join their Team

Interviews are happening W/C 16th May

Duties will include:

Taking incoming calls from existing customers

Processing orders and updating the CRM system

Developing relationships with clients and upselling where possible

Dealing with Warranty issues and Technical Support (training given)

Setting up new accounts

Liaising with warehouse/dispatch etc.

Attending trade shows etc when this is possible

Ad hoc admin and support

Ability to do physical work (setting up show stands, occasional help in the tyre warehouse)

Monday to Friday only 8am to 5pm, Salary DOE.

Preferred experience will have previous customer service experience (preferably in a B2B environment), be computer literate.
