Adecco Stevenage are looking for a experienced Salesforce Administrator to join their leading well established company based in Stevenage! The successful candidate must have 2 year's minimum experience in a similar application support role.



Job Purpose:



  • To support and maintain the companies Salesforce-based ERP tool Salesforce

  • To provide all end users within the business with a high level of support to enable them to perform their daily activities

  • To be involved in the life cycle of IT projects

  • Work in partnership with other departments as required ensuring correct exchange of knowledge and successful transition of developments into production



Key Responsibilities:



  • To support and maintain the company Salesforce CRM and associated applications

  • Bulk data uploads and updates

  • Provided application support training to other team members

  • Management of your own projects

  • Report and dashboard writing

  • Creating/maintaining user and technical specifications/documentation

  • To undertake preventative maintenance of the Salesforce system

  • Work within the Application Support team reporting to the Salesforce Technical lead

  • Require to do a one week in three out of hours on call support and planned maintenance's after a relevant probationary period

  • Handle requests from both internal and external customers

  • Responsible for keeping safe any personal information, not transferring any data without the appropriate safeguards

  • Be aware of physical security of data and use encriptions and passwords to protect it

  • Identify and manage possible security breaches with the IT department

  • Comply with/ensure compliance with company Data Protection Policies and the Data Protection Act and other relevant legislations



Experience:



  • 2 years minimum experience in a similar application support role

  • Salesforce Administration

  • Salesforce Reports and Dashboards

  • Apex data loader

  • A logical and systematic approach to change implementation and problem resolution

  • Microsoft Office Products

  • Salesforce Administration experience desirable but on the job training will be provided if the candidate can demonstrate transferable knowledge and skills
