SAP/ ERP Customer Care Specialist (Hybrid working)

Monday to Friday

Salary: £25K - £30K per annum

9am - 5pm

We are pleased to be representing our long-standing, well-established global manufacturing company to recruit a Customer Care Specialist supporting companies all over the globe. This will involve providing customer service on a global scale. The ideal candidate would have strong communication skills and will have worked within a customer care environment.

ERP experience, ideally SAP is essential.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Processing Spare parts, quotation, repairs, customer returns, complaints, and Service admin

  • Logging information, daily reports and managing orders on computer system

  • Responding to and dealing with customer queries

  • Co-ordinate customer complaints in all facets

  • Logging customer complaints on system

  • Following customer complaint procedure

  • Maintaining customer details on CRM system

  • Liaising with shipping department ensuring that all sales orders are invoiced

  • Liaising wit production, stores and packing team to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and on time

  • Creating quotes, orders and issuing invoices for contractor visits

  • Managing tasks through SAP system

  • Checking Stock levels
