Key Responsibilities:

- Answering and directing incoming calls and e-mails to the relevant employee in a timely
- Accurate response to customer employees
- Receiving and logging order requests
- Assisting the service team to schedule and coordinate engineers day to day
responsibilities and work load.
- Monitoring Customer Accounts
- General Administration and Reception Duties
- Organise and coordinate meetings.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 Years working in a scheduling role
- Phenomenal customer service skills
- Professional and friendly telephone manner and email skills
- Positive attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in working to tight deadlines
- Excellent IT and Microsoft Office Skills
