Scheduling Administrator

Start: TBC after inductions have been completed.

Salary: £22,000-£24,000 depending on experience.

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00.

Location: Quedgeley, Gloucestershire.

This role is 12 weeks temporary-permanent and fully office based.

Our client based in Quedgeley who specialise in Environmental Engineering are on the lookout for candidates to join their expanding team as Schedule Administrators!

Abiding by the companies strategies and values, you will be employed to provide first class service to all external and internal customers.

Full training will be provided and experience within a similar role is essential.

Main Duties:

  • Schedule and book work/jobs for clients, ensuring the engineers diaries are planned efficiently.

  • Book and secure any relevant equipment for site visits.

  • To clarify any training/vetting or restrictions visits may have in place.

  • Ensure all aborted/ call back visits are re-planned.

  • Provide all required information for each job.

  • Organise the use of sub-contractors if required, raising PO's.

  • Understand planning KPI's and the revenue tracker.

  • Ensure all information is accurate, up to date and recorded correctly and is compliant.

  • Order parts to be used for each job and replacements if necessary.

  • Previous experience in a similar position.

  • Logistics / Planning roles is essential.

  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.

  • Being commercially driven to ensure the right decisions are made.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

  • To be able to manage own workload and work well under pressure.

  • To be able to work independently and in a team.

  • IT friendly- to be able to learn and adapt to new in-house systems.
