Job Title - Scheduling Resource Analyst
Start date - 1st November
Pay Rate - Depending on experience

Hours - 39 hours a week (8am-4.30pm but can be flexible)
Duration - 9 months

Home Working & 1/2 days in the office per week in future.

This is a key operational role and would ideally be looking for somebody with a decent amount of scheduling experience who would usually operate at the team leader level. In this role the successful candidate would be communicating regularly with our field team and also external customers to ensure our engineers are setup appropriately to maximise field efficiencies

  • Experience of appointment scheduling

  • Experience within a Meter Operations environment

  • Actively encourage process improvement.

  • Effective communication at all levels within scope of role, with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Actively works towards improving customer satisfaction. Setting and exceeding customers' expectations through delivery of services, utilizing available technologies to optimize quality and efficiency.

  • Coach and develop others in areas of expertise.

  • Logical thought process to solve queries and escalations

  • Competent in MS Office Programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
