We are delighted to be working with our Ipswich based client who due to demand is looking to add to their existing team.

We are seeking an experienced Screen Printer to support delivery of manufactured products on time, to specification and quality requirements from our Ipswich site.

This exciting role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis.


  • To work on delivering work on time, to specification and to the highest of quality standards

  • To work as part of the team, and ensure that the team achieves the targets set down by the agreed KPI measures

  • To take responsibility and accountability for the work they deliver and the material and equipment used.

  • To check all PPE equipment is to standard and is complete and used as specified.

  • To monitor reports, ensuring the Team deliver all new and repeat work in time for the subsequent processes to be completed in line with the required due date.


  • To have full responsibility and accountability for all of the above tasks which should be carried out in proactive and timely manner.

  • To have excellent time keeping, and being willing to work additional hours in line with reasonable business needs.


Computer skills with the following packages at a basic level

  • Microsoft Office package

  • Internet knowledge

  • Outlook/ email communication

  • 3ex reporting/ updating and basic knowledge

To have personal organisational skills.

T o have previous experience within a hands-on manufacturing/ factory environment.

Knowledge and Experience:

Previous experience working within a high volume, short lead time profit driven organisation. Full experience of automated and manual screen print techniques preferred.

Full experience of ink mixing and Pantone matching.

Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
