I am currently recruiting for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to join my market leading, highly prestigious global beauty client. As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be joining a fast paced, collaborative & outgoing team, responsible for the ever-growing digital channels which require further support & expertise!

The role will be exciting, autonomous, and varied. Offering you the chance to work with some of the fastest growing brands in the beauty space ! The Paid Search Specialist will work with a cross function team across the whole of the UK&I and will see you working closely with key stakeholders and clients of this prestigious business!

Duties and Responsibilities of the Search Specialist:

  • Support in the planning, development, and execution of our always on search strategy across Google & Amazon.

  • Own briefing of promotional campaigns, new product launches and tactical activations to drive D2C revenue.

  • Work closely with our agency partner to ensure best in class activation of the always on paid search & AMS strategy.

  • Use Google Analytics, SA360, Google Ads & Kenshoo to analyse channel, audience, and platform performance and build recommendations with our agency to implement.

  • Be an extension of the brand teams to ensure that all search copy and activations effectively reflect the brands

  • Ownership of paid search performance and reporting, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and market share, and analysing data to identify trends.Drive forward the centralised search roadmap specific to our skincare brands

  • Partner and build a close relationship with the digital, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure the execution of holistic, full funnel launch and always on campaigns, and the most strategic roll out of performance plans across UKI.

  • Scope and execute quarterly performance tests across the brands including testing new search formats across a variety of objectives.

Essential Skills/Experience required of the Search Specialist:

  • Search campaign management experience is essential

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Ads.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously and whilst taking ownership for resolutions

  • Strong ability to analyse and interpret data to provide ideas on optimisation whilst articulating the story

  • Ability to build good relationships, whilst collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and external agencies

  • Commercial experience of managing projects, whilst being able to adjust to new priorities, effectively manage your own time and ensuring follow up actions are completed

  • Strategic and creative thinker with an eye for trends

  • Passionate about skincare
