Secretarial Administrator

Our client, are looking to recruit a Secretarial Administrator to support administration activities within the PMO team whilst team members focus on delivery against key programme deliverables. This will include Secretariat and Governance support, Project support and onboarding of new staff, Spend control processes support, Business cases suppor and mailbox cover.

  • Location: Offices based in London/Sulford. The role will be based on 40% hybrid working in the office at either location.

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs

  • Pay Rate: £34.70 per hour

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Duration: 4-months with possible extension


  • Secretarial experience including diary management

  • Minute-taking experience
