We are currently recruiting for a prestigious University based in Central London. They are looking for a Secretary to committee's for 2 months currently. This role is paying £16.00 per hour. The ideal candidate would be well-organised and methodical and able to write up detailed minutes, so experience in administering formal meetings is really essential. You will not need to have any particular technical company secretarial knowledge, as the manager is willing to consider someone who had been a university faculty administrator and has been used to running faculty board meetings.

You will be able to work remotely, although if you need to work from campus, that could be arranged too. In the current circumstances, you will need to be confident working online - we utilise MSTeams for meetings which is similar to Zoom.
