SECTION ADMIN ASSISTANT/ PAYROLL ASSISTANT

Adecco are recruiting for an administration assistant /payroll assistant to work in a local authority in Wandsworth.


Duties include:



  • Ensures all post and e-mail documentation received by the Payroll Section is processed and

  • logged promptly and correctly and distributed appropriately to the payroll co-ordinators.

  • Ensures all correspondence such as salary queries is acknowledged and answered within target deadlines

  • Files all printed payroll input and output documents all printed quickly & consistently

  • Payslip and P45 production, logging on Excel and distribution

  • Ensures all requests for additional information required from new and existing employees are dealt with promptly
