Job Title: Senior Accounts Payable Clerks

Duration: 3 months temporary no extension

Location: South Bank Central (SBC) / Black Friars - Waterloo line.

Shift patterns: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (37.5 - 40hrs PW)

Hybrid/office based: 3 days office based / 2 day's work from home.


PO's have been raised across the business, the PO's have been goods receipted but the goods receipts have never been matched to an invoice - they will need to interrogate the invoice, search through transactions, look at all historical data.

Project of clearing everything down must be complete by the end of March (end of Financial year)

Job details:

  • Clearing down ledgers, workload, receipts, reconciliations

  • Interrogating invoices, search through transactions, finding out why they haven't been cleared down.

  • Project based work: They will be clearing down historical balances from across the business.

  • GRIR clear down, interrogating invoices, searching transactions.

  • Investigate previous historical balances and interrogate unresolved invoices and find resolution.

Candidate requirements:

  • Senior Accounts Payable experience.

  • Must have SAP experience.

  • Experience Payroll and pension ledgers desirable.

  • IT Knowledge i.e., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Be able to pick things up quickly and hit the ground running

  • Accounts receivable experience is desirable.
