An amazing opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join a leading legal services organisation in Birmingham City Centre.


  • 25 days + bank holidays and Christmas Shutdown

  • 9.00 - 5.00pm with flexibility when required for meetings and events

  • £23,000- £25,000 depending on experience

  • Immediate start

Role Details:

To manage the day to day running of the Membership, Administration, Marketing and Social media. To mange the Business and Administration Apprentice once in place to support this function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dealing membership enquiries - logging all enquiries and actively chasing up enquiries

  • Completing new membership enquiry forms and to pass for approval

  • Confirming Membership applications once approved

  • Raising membership invoices

  • Regularly obtain and analyse feedback from events, and the membership to improve the service

  • Overseeing the database (Eudonet) to ensure it is fit for purpose

  • Drafting all marketing templates with support from the Training and Events Executive

  • Adding events to the database and to the website

  • Assisting with the production of the magazine the Bulletin (6 Issues a year) including attending quarterly meetings (4 meetings a year)

  • Draft and post content on our social media channels

  • Take meeting minutes of various meetings

  • To promote and support all activities and benefits of membership

  • Attend membership events

  • To undertake any additional duties as may be required by the Board/Officers

  • Covering the work of other members of the team during holiday periods

Experience/Skills required:

  • Word press, CRM management

  • Proficient with MS Office suite

  • Canva or similar

  • Social Media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

  • Mail chimp Mailing system or similar

  • Minute taking - largest group being 25 people

  • Attention to detail and proof reading

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Experience of implementing new systems to improve the administration process

  • Training other members of the team on systems to ensure confidence in using the systems in place

  • Working with developers to improve or implement new systems
