Adecco Sheffield are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator join our prestigious and values driven client based in Rotherham.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and professional Administrator who is looking to join an organisation with an outstanding reputation who can offer real opportunities for career development and progression.


The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role, will have exceptional organisational skills and will have strong verbal and written communication skills.


Joining a team responsible for a wide range of administration processes integral to the smooth running of the organisation, key duties and responsibilities will include:



  • Analysing, input and cleansing of data

  • Arranging meetings and minute taking

  • Leading a team to ensure key priorities and objectives are met

  • Manage a reception area and switchboard ensuring service standards are maintained and that an excellent customer service to both internal and external clients is provided

  • Utilising a wide variety of IT packages including MS Office suite
