My client based in Stockport town centre is seeking hardworking Senior Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary to permanent basis


Salary: £11.50 per hour (£24,000pa)


Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 OR 08:00 - 16:00 (FLEXIBLE)


THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE WITH THE POTENTIAL TO GO PERMANENT FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE


Key Duties:



  • Provide administrative support to the Safety team

  • Taking minutes in meetings, creating meeting agendas and following up on any actions raised in meeting

  • Maintaining a safety database making sure all information is accurate and up to date

  • Follow up on any safety checks made with the company, making sure to document accordingly

  • Raising Purchase Orders where needed

  • Using excel on daily basis

  • General administrative duties as required


Experience Required:



  • High attention to detail

  • Hardworking and punctual

  • Able to use Excel - simple formulas etc

  • Team Player
