SENIOR BUSINESS SUPPORT ASSISTANT


BROMLEY


MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM- 5PM


6 MONTH ASSIGNMENT


£13.83- £14.69 HOURLY RATE (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)


ASAP START



Main duties:



  • Provide supervision to a team of administrators and appraisals to ensure that work is undertaken and completed

  • Manage finance within authorised limits and comply with financial regulations, such as managing cash, purchase orders, card transactions, tracking and paying invoices

  • Overseeing the input of data and referrals on client based systems

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets on work flow

  • Create business objects reports to track and monitor data and provide updated reports as appropriate



The ideal candidate will have:



  • Previous management experience

  • Previous administration experience

  • Hold an IT qualification or proven experience in Excel, Business objects and mail merge etc.

  • Excellent organisational skills
