A senior Business Support Officer is needed to provide excellent support to the Community Learning Disabilities Service Manager and the Community Mental Health Service Manager. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, using their own initiative and be able to work under pressure. They must have excellent communication skills in writing and verbally. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel, Word and Outlook are expected.

Experience in using financial systems (such as Agresso) for the ordering of goods and in using client recording systems such as FWI would be advantageous.

Experience in organising meetings & panels and taking minutes to a high standard is essential.
