Adecco are currently recruiting for a Senior Employee Experience Business Partner to work for a Local Authority in Kingston-upon-Thames.



Senior Employee Experience Business Partner



Kingston-upon-Thames (possible WFH)


Full time - Monday to Friday


Temporary role - 3 months (possible extension)


£400 to £450 per day


The ideal candidate will need to have experience in learning and employee engagement initiatives across at staffing group of 1200. A key project will be working on our new ways of working programme, working with managers to support them in shaping and implementing a service charter to agree how their team will work remotely, in the best place for them to deliver their work activity rather than the office being the default. Managers will need support to change our culture to manage confidently by outcomes while retaining a sense of team and belonging to the council and the borough


They will oversee our learning programme, which needs to be refined to take into account the fact that our workforce is working largely remotely. We are keen to move to a learning offer which recognises that the majority of learning is on the job or through coaching, mentoring and events.


The candidate will also need to have experience in designing, commissioning and delivering diversity and inclusion interventions and a range of engagement activities.


The candidate will need to have experience across the range of OD and employee experience initiatives. The candidate will also need to have experience in apprenticeship programmes, diversity and inclusion interventions and a range of engagement activities. They will work in partnership with communications to deliver staff recognition schemes, implement and act on staff surveys, working with our thriving staff networks and oversee our learning programme, which needs to be refined to take into account the fact that our workforce is working largely remotely. We are keen to move to a learning offer which recognises that the majority of learning is on the job or through coaching, mentoring and events.
