I am recruiting for a senior HR administrator to join a friendly Financial services firm in Manchester city centre. This a great opportunity to join a growing business. This role is to provide day-to-day administrative and office support in the various Human Resources functions. Ensuring support and advice is provided to the in-house recruitment and HR Administration team. Other duties include compliance with Employment Law changes and providing HR assistance to managers and staff with all aspects of the employee lifecycle.



Duties:



  • Recruitment process and procedures

  • New employee paperwork compliance and inductions

  • Probationary periods

  • Leave, dismissals, terminations and disciplinary processes

  • Long term absences and holidays

  • GDPR Compliance with HR Data

  • Monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practices

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices



Skills:



  • At least 2-3 years of experience as HR Officer, Senior Administrator or other HR positions

  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent

  • Organisational and time management abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

  • Integrity and reliability

  • High-level analysis and reporting

  • Working within the financial industry would be beneficial but not necessary

  • Understanding of UK labour laws and visa processes

  • Right to work in the UK



Language



  • English (Required)

  • Chinese (not essential but desired)
