My Client based in Windermere has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Maintenance Lead to join the regional operations team, a role which would see you taking responsibility for Maintenance in an office which provides an essential service to homeowners; managed service takes the stress away from letting out a holiday home, as they take care of cleaning, maintenance, check in - you name it, we'll simplify the process and take the pressure away.


Reporting to the Office Operations Manager, I have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Senior to join the team. You'll be responsible for delivering quality maintenance to our owners' homes ensuring that our guests have an amazing stay, every time.


You'll be responsible for managing direct and 3rd party maintenance teams to deliver operational excellence at a local level, in a role which will see you trusted to implement new ways of working and enhance working practices.


The Regional Operations Team is responsible for delivering Operational Excellence to our Owners and Guests, at a local level. We do this through ensuring consistent operational standards when it comes to cleanliness, maintenance, service delivery and guest check-in, and it will be your role to deliver maintenance excellence, at scale.


Monday to Friday, But weekend availability is booked weeks in advance.


Salary: £24,500 per annum


What you'll be doing


I know it sounds a clich�, but this is a role where no two days are the same. Some of your key responsibilities will include:



  • Managing a team of direct and 3rd party maintenance team members to deliver excellent operations to our owners and guests, ensuring a consistently high quality when it comes to general maintenance.

  • Ensuring we have an appropriate supply of 3rd party technicians/specialists, for both present and future needs

  • Ensuring all maintenance team members are appropriately trained and work within specified H&S procedures

  • Building a strong employer/contractor brand locally

  • Using data to inform how we deliver and optimise quality, reliability and cost of service delivery
