Our client is looking to recruit Senior Office Administrator to join their busy team.



This role is a developing role which for the right candidate could develop into an office manager position.



This role would suit candidates who come from a construction background or have a very strong office admin background.


Duties-



  • Placing orders through CIS software system

  • Working within CIS software system to collate and amend costs

  • Day to Day liaising with suppliers and other phone calls

  • O&M Manual compiling

  • Approving invoices

  • Collating hired materials and putting into a monthly document

  • Cost comparisons




Skills



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

  • Enthusiastic for new challenges

  • Able to manage your time and workload

  • Organisational and Administration skills
