We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Payout Associate to work for a growing finance company based in Wellingborough. This is a hybrid working role so your time would be split between the Wellingborough office and home.

Your duties would include:



  • Supervise the payout pipeline to prioritise and target the highest priority cases for resolution

  • Work with clients and brokers to build pay out packs and resolve outstanding issues

  • Prioritise checking and authorising of deals prior to pay out to ensure accuracy as well as AML checks

  • Support the team to ensure they maintain high levels of Customer Service in their interactions with Customers & Brokers through direct contact, email, and letters

  • Identify opportunities to improve the performance of the team and the client experience. Help with the implementation of any changes across the team

  • Support the effective identification of risks across the department (including 1st line checks) to help AFL manage these risks


You will have the below skills/experience:



  • Experience and knowledge of asset finance products and processes

  • Client focused, with experience of dealing with clients and building the client experience

  • Ability to build effective relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders

  • Confident communicator, happy to speak with people over the phone and via email

  • Integrity, openness, and commitment to good governance

  • A flexible approach to work
