Position: Talent Acquisition Consultant/Partner


Based: Wolverhampton (Flexible with home working, ideally 2 days in the office a week)


Duration: 12 months


Adecco UK are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Consultant/Partner on behalf of our prestigious client!


Overview:
We're hiring an experienced recruiter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant/ Partner (contract).



  • You can choose to split your time between our offices in the West Midlands and working at home, and we can consider flexible options for your hours of work.

  • We don't mind if your background is within an in-house setting or you're looking for the 1ststep from agency/RPO into an internal role.

  • The most important quality is for you to love recruiting and to be incredibly passionate about this field!

  • Upon joining our Talent Acquisition team, your new role will be to identify and tempt fantastic people to join our organisation by providing an outstanding candidate experience.

  • This is not a high-volume role, instead we're looking for a recruiter who can source technical and specialist positions and really provide an exceptional service to both our hiring managers and candidates a-like.



What your role will be:


Support our hiring managers through the whole recruitment lifecycle from;



  • Partnering with managers to understand resourcing needs and create recruitment strategies to hire the best diverse talent

  • Research and develop insights about the recruiting market, competitor insight and valuable data to support recruiting strategy

  • Advertise and promote job opportunities by writing engaging job descriptions

  • Reviewing CVs and conduct initial screening

  • Help build assessment criteria and support managers with interviews (when required)

  • Provide feedback to both successful and non-successful candidates and carry out verbal offers

  • Develop pipelines of candidates proactively by utilising LinkedIn and networks

  • Position our company as an "employer of choice"

  • Lead with an inclusive mentality across our hiring practices and processes



Skills we're looking for



  • Experience in sourcing for technical and specialist roles- if you've previously hired finance people, engineers, project managers this would be advantageous

  • Ability to work in an agile way and to work with urgency

  • Experience with using Workday would be great

  • Always have a continuous improvement lens- bring ideas to the table about what we can do to improve things further

  • Fantastic communication skills and the ability to influence and persuade both internal and external stakeholders

  • Data driven and you will enjoy utilising data to make informed decisions

  • IT literate and if you have great MS excel skills even better!
