We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of a fantastic company based in Redhill. You will provide administration support to a busy department within a a sales function. My client offer training, career & salary progression and excellent benefits for working for their company. The Sales Administration team is small & friendly, and there is a buzzy atmosphere in their fast paced environment.

The successful Sales Administrator will process orders & provide excellent sales support in a B2B environment. The role requires a professional and efficient approach to all customers.


  • Responsibility for administrative support to the Sales teams.

  • Managing despatch of contracts and supporting documentation.

  • Process bids & tender information.

  • Meeting deadlines for customers, providing quotations to customers for supply contracts.

  • Liaise effectively daily by telephone with customers & account managers and assist with queries and enquiries.

  • Update and maintain various logs including contract management system.

  • Handle incoming calls.

  • Maintain relationships between sales department and other departments.

  • Ensure accuracy and quality with all work undertaken.
