Summary of Position: To support the Business Stream in achieving the monthly sales target



Dealing with high end customer's over the phone and at times face to face.




Investigate accounts and organise meetings for Account Manager as per KPI's set


Position their services and solutions to prospects and customers over the phone.


When necessary service customers and show good customer care at all times.


Support the Team Leader to achieve sales goals and targets.


Achieve acceptable sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as specified by the Sales Manager.


Understand the services and solutions and effectively communicate them.



Create professional emails with accurate information.


Maintain and update accurate data fields and dialogue reports in the CRM database and other sales systems.


Accurately complete forms and documents to update other individuals and departments within the company.


Produce accurate quotes for customers. Demonstrate correct usage of pricing and discount models at all times.



Take training and coaching, passing any given tests and apply knowledge effectively.


Follow company policies, standards and requirements.


Plan time to be as effective as possible and organise workload.

GCSE Math's and English


Communicate effectively in all mediums


Be able to take instruction and work with a degree of initiative and autonomy.


Be of smart appearance at all times in connection to work.

Further or Higher Education Award


MS Office skills


Experience of Business to business sales


Have a team focus bias but be able to work independently.


Ability to listen and follow instructions accurately.


Be reliable at all times in connection to work.
