Senior Sales Operations Specialist


Sales Strategy and Operations




Responsibilities include resource planning, go-to-market analysis, reporting, sales process optimization and sales program implementation.



We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environments, and solving problems with limited oversight.



The ideal candidate will have significant experience: (1) running high volume sales and operations teams, (2) working with regional and global leaders to drive operational growth and achieve customer goals, and (3) the ability to work cross functionally with Sales, IT, Marketing and leadership to drive change.



Your initial focus will be working with Sales Development to identify, plan and roll out programs to accelerate revenue and customer growth in 2021 and into 2022.



You Will



  • Work with the VP of Inside Sales to develop strong operating rhythms that ensure effective delivery of customer campaigns

  • Partners with ISS Directors to put in place the right cadences, reporting and processes to hit internal goals

  • Conduct and enable regular business reviews and resource planning

  • Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance metrics

  • Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity

  • Create and manage operational processes

  • Design workflows and playbooks for sales teams

  • Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams



We're looking for someone who has:



  • 4+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-volume sales environment, or operational experience in project management, banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights / analytics roles

  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems

  • Has experience working with large data sets (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL skills)

  • Has an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality

  • Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
