Adecco Hanley are recruiting a Senior Technical Officer to join one of our clients based in the Stoke on Trent area. Our client is an innovative company with ambitious yet realistic growth plans. They are now at the exciting stage in their development where they are looking to recruit a talented individual to join their technical services department.

The primary focus of this role is to provide accurate and timely support to a large portfolio of clients. This is an important part of the business and the right candidate with provide effective technical communication at all levels in person as well as by phone, email and virtual platforms.

Key Responsibilities include;

- Responding the customer enquiries via phone, email and virtual platforms. Communicating the response and updating the CRM System.

- Communicate external leads to the customer facing teams.

- Undertake Thermal and design calculations.

- Provide designs using AutoCAD, Solidworks and Revit (BIM)

- Support the Technical development of the customer facing teams.

- Manage document control processes.

- Update the customer portal and liaise with marketing and suppliers to ensure technical data is always accurate and up to date.

- Arrange for samples to be produced and dispatched.

- Deal with Technical queries.

- Participate in meetings and virtual meetings with customers.

- Assist in the maintaining of the audit folders for the technical content.

- Assist in updating technical product data sheets.

- Support and comply with the H&S policy of the business.

Experience Required;

- A good understanding of construction methods and building regulations.

- Experience in a similar role with EWI Systems and rain screen Facade systems.

- Excellent IT Skills

- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks and Revit.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Excellent organisational skills.
