Overview:


I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf on my client, who is the UK's largest agricultural, construction, and ground care machinery dealership. The ideal candidate for this Service Administrator role will be an organised and self-sufficient administrator who has experience in providing a high level of customer service. You will be an organised and personable individual with a 'can do' attitude, as well as being able to efficiently manage your own time.

Package and benefits:



  • Salary: Competitive, depending upon experience

  • Hours: 40 hours per week

  • Shifts: 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday

  • Location: Wymondham, Norfolk

  • Full training scheme in place

Essential Skills/Experience:



  • Experience within the Horticultural, Agricultural, Construction or automotive industry would be beneficial

  • Manage existing customer accounts and build new relationships with customers and be able to deal with a wide range of customers expectations.

  • Maintaining all records efficiently and effectively as required

  • Provide a superior level of customer service

  • Be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative

  • Full driving licence is required

  • Have strong leadership skills and be able to act quickly and decisively

  • Strong administrative skills who is organised and can multitask

  • Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature

  • Be able to show energy and enthusiasm to engage with customers

  • Be flexible to work in an office/workshop environment and be a team player
