Service Centre Team Leader

12 months maternity cover - Full-time

Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm

Salary - £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Centre Team Leader on a 12-month maternity cover contract in Stonehouse.

Reporting to the Customer Services Leader you will strengthen and promote excellent and efficient repair service for all equipment received from our customers, ensuring all equipment is repaired in an acceptable and efficient manner meeting required service levels. This role includes the management of 7 employees and the management of all course literature. You will also be responsible for all Quality and Auditing requirements relating to the Service Centre. Key responsibilities
* Maintains and manages an effective service centre team, monitoring performance, organising training, having regular one to ones and implementing development plans when required
* Manage the recruitment and retention of employees
* Monitors and develops existing processes and protocol in line with changing business needs and regulations within the industry
* Manage escalated complaints, taking appropriate action to resolution, measuring complaints via root cause analysis, putting actions plans in place to improve service delivery
* Involved in projects relating to Service Centre to develop new initiatives to improve service levels and current processes
* Promote the Service Centre through a variety of means, including presentations to other departments
* Management of Product Recalls for Service Centre parts
* Ensuring new product releases are appropriately trained and all parts ready for launch date
* Organising annual stock takes
* Manage resources in department to ensure that service levels are met, and all tasks are covered
* Responsible for ensuring Department WI's and SOP's are kept up to date and reviewed on an annual basis
* Managing Brexit related issues and moulding processes and providing training to meet changes
* Work with other departments to discuss and support on issues that arise

Requirements
* Experience in dealing with customers via phone & e-mail to solve all queries
* Demonstrated ability to review processes and procedures
* Works well under pressure
* A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
* Able to present to various audiences
* Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
* Proven ability to prioritise your work and the team's workloads
* Proven experience of managing team
* Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills
