Service Advisor/Administrator
£20,000 - £25,000 per annum
Full Time Hours 8.30am - 5pm

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor/Administrator to join a small but lively team based in Andover. The role holder will engage with customers about repairs and servicing, schedule engineer appointments, liaise with suppliers about ordering parts and will take ownership for ensuring an easy and smooth experience for customers.

The role will involve:

  • Frequent contact with customers who are having technical issues or require servicing appointments

  • Being able to investigate customer issues to ensure the best course of action is recommended

  • Scheduling engineer visits to client sites

  • Recording all information on an internal database

  • Managing servicing obligations by booking service calls within agreed timescales

  • Raising invoices

  • Ordering spare parts

  • Ensuring all new parts and stock are accurately recorded and updated

  • Supporting the account manager and service department with any ad hoc administration

  • Maintaining suppliers relationships and ensure supplier processes are followed

  • Checking invoices and ensuring stock information is always up to date

  • Dealing effectively with customer complaints and delivering stand out customer service

The successful candidate will have:

  • proven experience within a service department

  • experience maintaining supplier relationships

  • the ability to provide high levels of customer service

  • excellent organisational skills

  • the ability to confidently use Excel and other stock management systems online
