Service Co-Ordinator


Based in West Bromwich


Full-Time


12 months contract (Permanent opportunities for the right candidate)


£22,000 per annum


8:30am - 4:30pm



We are currently recruiting for a Service Co-Ordinator to join our engineering client based in West Bromwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in a thriving industry. If you have similar experience we would love to hear from you!



Duties:



  • Schedule services and repairs

  • Prepare quotations - ensuring all relevant information is included

  • Develop processes where needed

  • Preparing site paperwork

  • Liaise with customers via phone and email

  • Adhere to company SLA'S

  • Develop strong internal relations



Requirements:



  • Computer literature

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Experience in a similar field
