Adecco Chester are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Deeside for a Service Coordinator. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a successful and progressive company - becoming a key member of this welcoming team, working closely with customers, engineers and internal departments.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a 360 approach to the customer journey: from order, booking in engineer visits, delivery of parts to any aftercare. You will also be managing a team of field engineers workloads, planning their days and booking in visits so you will develop great working relationships.

  • 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays. Rises with length of service to 25 days.

Salary: up to £26,000 p/a, dependant on experience.

Full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and deliver outstanding service

  • Reviewing service schedules on database

  • Contacting customers to schedule visits

  • Booking engineers into customer sites

  • Coordinate and process customer orders for parts required

  • Support with purchasing and ordering processes including invoicing

  • Receive and manage customer enquiries via calls and emails

  • Resolve any challenges in a timely and professional manner

  • Administration support with documents such as risk assessments and work permits

  • Ad-hoc service duties set by team manager

Key Skills:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • High level organisational and time-prioritisation skills

  • IT literate with knowledge of MS Office suite

  • Excellent phone manner

  • Previous experience within planning service/customer service is advantageous
