An opportunity has risen to join a successful, growing company based in Winsford. Joining a friendly, open plan office, this is a new, key role to the business where your duties will include:

* Managing the Client Service Desk in a timely and professional manner

* Taking incoming calls, directing technical calls to the engineering team

* Logging/Monitoring technical call queries, directing and following through to resolution

* Communicating progress updates with customers

* Following up calls after engineer visiting and up-selling additional services and works

* Sending quotes for any after-sales or spare parts enquiries

* Arranging any ordered parts to be sent to customers

* Renewal of maintenance contracts and all associated administration

* Scheduling of maintenance visits for engineers

* KPI reporting

* Other Ad hoc duties from time to time as directed by line manage

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team, excellent computer skills, be highly organised and posses very strong communication skills.
