We are currently supporting our well-established client in their search for a additional team member to join their (very) busy Service team!

The responsibilities within this role are:

  • To deliver excellent customer service

  • To handle all manner of enquiries

  • To have great attention to detail whilst multi-tasking

  • To be comfortable with handling a high volume of incoming calls

The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:30-4:30 (37 hours).
