Adecco Hanley are recruiting for a Service Desk Advisor to join our well established client in the Stoke on Trent area. The overall purpose of the role is provide a high quality day to day support to enable the effective operation of the Customer service desk.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Answering incoming calls.

- Process and update requests from the client base, internal personnel and suppliers via telephone, email or web.

- To action requests from clients an log all requests on the internal system.

- Ensure all requests are completed within a reasonable time frame and that the correct process has been adhered to.

- To build relationships and rapport with client base and business partners.

- To be proactive in chasing for job closures for client sites and close down reactive requests that have been completed.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised and have the ability to multitask, thrive under pressure and has experience within a similar role.
