Our client based in the ST1 area are looking for service desk advisers to join their team due to continuous growth to work as part of a team to provide high quality day to day support to enable the effective operation of our customer service desk. Duties include, but aren't limited to:

- To process and update requests from the client base and suppliers via telephone, fax, email or web.

- Dealing with queries and enquires from incoming calls.

- To action reactive requests from the client base and log all requests on the in house system.

- Liaise with sub contractors and engineers to action requests.

- To be proactive in ensuring that all requests are completed within a reasonable time frame and that the correct process has been adhered to.

- To carry out admin tasks related to the role.
