Service Desk Analyst


Temp 4 Months

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be providing 1st line technical support to users of these services, both internal & external. Providing excellent customer service and a first-time resolution.

Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm

ASAP start.

Day to Day

  • Dealing with all enquires and fault reports from users of our Digital Services by means of both telephone calls and emails into a dedicated email box.

  • Escalating issues for resolution where these cannot be resolved at first point.

  • Accurately recording all details of reported issues, gathering the right and relevant information required to correctly progress to resolution.

  • Working with Incident Management team to spot trends/manage ongoing issues.

  • You will be a dedicated team player and will effectively handle your own workload.
