Successful company with a fantastic team in Stockport are looking for a Service Desk Analyst. Ideal candidate will work well in a team and will have proven customer service experience.


Salary is £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience


You will be responsible for directly resolving requests and incidents by liaising with internal resolvers.


Responsibilities:



  • Responding to initial contacts into the Service Desk through calls, emails, and responding to self-service ticket.

  • Response and triage of tickets raised to the Service desk

  • Accurate logging and fault analysis of incidents and requests

  • Resolution of incidents and requests

  • Escalation of incidents and requests to internal teams

  • Scheduling engineers during installations

  • Providing regular status updates to the customer

  • Maintaining good working knowledge of all supported products and undertaking training when necessary to update any required skills set

  • Completing the incident management and request fulfilment correctly
