Project Developer based in Runcorn, full time, ongoing



The role requires good project planning skills and the ability to use feedback from Pharmacists and Pharmacy Teams to help shape service development. The job holder will work with Pharmaco colleagues to develop service opportunities.


The role will have the following key responsibilities:




  • Development of flu and agreed patient services that can be executed across members to help drive service revenue

  • Delivery of revenue targets agreed with the Patient Services Manager and the wider business

  • Supporting members in maximising their delivery of flu and patient services through service guidelines, toolkits and other support material including training for members and staff in a variety of formats

  • Maintaining an up to date analysis of service provision on agreed projects across the entire membership

  • Robust evaluation of project delivery and impact with members

  • Developing a good understanding of flu supply chain, service opportunities and flu project co-ordination to drive the flu project.


Key Experience



  • Experience of developing patient services in pharmacy

  • Experience in and good knowledge of community pharmacy practice and environment



  • Experience and knowledge of service development and robust evaluation of


Service delivery including working with Pharma Co's


Knowledge and Skills



  • Understanding of the pharmacy contract and services variations in each of the four UK home countries

  • Understanding of the dynamics of community pharmacy across the independent and multiple chain sector

  • Understanding of dynamics relating to patient services and Learning and Development in pharmacy


Qualifications


University degree (desirable)


Pharmacy or Health-care qualifications (desirable)
