Adecco Cramlington are delighted to be working with our client for a Service Team Leader to join their Administration Team leading and supporting service front line to oversee the coordination and schedule of service and maintenance bookings.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Effectively coach, lead and coordinate our Service admin team members and the department activities to achieve optimal efficiency and ensure an excellent customer service support is delivered

  • Coach team members with answering customer's queries in a professionally manner

  • Support the team when handling difficult and/or challenging customer queries

  • Oversee the coordination of engineering jobs through our 20+ Field Services Engineers across the UK for our many customers' sites

  • Promote that clear and concise communication is delivered to our Field Service Engineers during booking allocation, as well as with customers, sales reps, etc.

  • Monitor team member's compliance with Service Level Agreement

  • Perform in a very reactive manner to keep the team motivated

  • Oversee the stock levels for tool and equipment for our service engineers

  • Others: entry data accuracy for service job details, generation of changeable orders to MPR system, input/process sales orders as well as sorting, routing and progressing orders received, update BDMs and RSEs on customers' accounts, quotations, order status, etc.

  • Train and coach new team members

  • Generate reports to senior managers

  • Liaise and coordinate urgent and ad-hoc requirements and enquiries

  • Ensure compliance of H&S and housekeeping practices in the workplace

  • Assisting the team with additional duties when required

  • Strategic thinker, highly reactive, adaptable to changing environments, responding well when working under pressure

  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage different tasks and prioritise when needed



Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 09:00Hrs to 17:00Hrs
Salary: depending on experience
Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Group Personal Pension Plan: up to 5% employer contribution after completing 3 months of employment
