Servises Coordinator


Salary: Up to £30k


Location: Putney South West London


Hours: Mon-Fri 8-4/9-5



Role: Provide admin support to the sales and estimating team whilst also leading the interiors marketing office coordination strategy.



Requirements:



  • Support the task of the sales team.

  • Organise all travel arrangements, flights, trains, car hire.

  • Prepare monthly marketing reports.

  • Completion of requested PQQ's.

  • Monitor company mailboxes.

  • Administration of CRM and sales systems and tools.

  • Validate new enquires by speaking with customers and distribute to the sales team.

  • Represent at trade exhibitions.

  • Organise work events.

  • Using the telephone and other business tools to make contact with the various professionals within the construction industry with the aim of promoting products and services.

  • Managing pipeline of future sales opportunities ensuring that contact is made with relevant stakeholder's architect, cost consultants etc. at a relevant time and developing this with the sales team.

  • Proactively producing and generating new business opportunities, self-generated via cold call/emails etc. and lead database, in order to promote products.

  • Collate presentation documents for broad meetings.

  • Plan events and exhibitions.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing post.

  • Become knowledgeable on products, services and market sector.

  • Build relationships with publications.

  • General office administration to departments of business.

  • Receive and attend to visitors.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new prospective customers.

  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns in line with the sales strategy for social media (Linkedin)

  • Screen telephone calls and handle enquiries.

  • Order supplies.
