The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:-



Record information from members of the public via telephone or other relevant medium. Question the source where possible to ensure best information is received.



Input information on to the database before forwarding to the appropriate external agency, ensuring information complies with data protection.



You will require excellent communications abilities, along with first class customer service skills. Previous experience of working in a customer service or call centre agent role will be beneficial.



You will also be able to work unsociable hours as stated before. Please note that our client are currently based in Godstone but will be moving to Wallington, Surrey shortly.
