We currently have an opportunity for a Shipping Administrator to join a well established company based in Romford. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the export team.


Your duties will include:



  • The issuance of export bills of lading, freight invoices and ship manifests

  • Cross check shipped on board against system information

  • Issue Telex Release once payment has been confirmed

  • Issue Manifest Corrections as required

  • Ensuring payments received prior to release of BLs to non credit accounts


You will be part of a hard-working and well respected team focused on providing exceptional customer service. You should be a highly motivated individual, who thrives in a fast paced environment, working to strict deadlines.


The most suitable candidate will have a strong background in shipping/freight forwarding, although training will be provided to the successful candidate.
