Our client based in Slough are recruiting for a Shipping Administration on a 6 month contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong shipping background.

Purpose: The individual is to be knowledgeable in all aspects of shipping with strong PC skills. Be flexible regarding department and business requirements with a good level of attention to detail. Must be able to work on their own and/or in a team.

Key Tasks :

Export products in adherence to company and HMRC requirements and procedures. Working closely with internal and external customers and agents to confirm and agree the best shipment method.

Processing of exports orders, with a working knowledge of SAP, Word and Excel and Outlook.

The ability to liaise confidently with external parties such as Chamber Of Commerces, transport agents and internal departments such as sales,purchasing and quality Awareness of aviation security although training

will be given.
