Adecco are recruiting for a Construction Site Administrator with CSCS on behalf of our worldwide partner, one of the UKs leading warehouse operations providers.

This position is due to start May 2022 and will run until September.

You must be available to work from 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday. This role is 100% office based.

Pay is £13p/hr, with on site parking and access to canteen.

  • Collate all timesheets and hours worked from various mediums and update the Master table

  • Ensure all Health and Safety documents are completed and correct for workers on site

  • Ensure all Company paperwork is completed upon arrival including issuing ID badges

  • Support site leaders with ad-hoc administration tasks

  • Manage any holiday requests and record absences

  • Be fully proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as other admin systems

  • Have previous experience within a similar role and hold a valid CSCS card.

For this role you must have a flexible approach and hold a valid CSCS card, with proven experience supporting in administration.
