An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an innovative, successful business during a strong period of growth. Joining a fun, hardworking, dedicated team you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 22 Installers ensuring the plan of projects is delivered within budget and on time to meet client standards. Duties will include:



  • Managing installations - you will be required to travel to sites across the North of the UK

  • Quality Control of design, instructions and standards of all installations

  • Liaising with sub-contractors, checking their quality of work

  • Managing your teams ongoing training and development focusing on motivation and staff retention


The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate great knowledge of construction processes, strong man management skills and be a confident decision maker.
