Salary/Rate: Highly competitive + company compensation package


Shifts: Flexibility working on any shift is required. Shifts are Wed- Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday days or nights. (40 hours per week plus one hour the break, 11 hours on site)

Adecco are currently recruiting an Site Lead for on behalf of our client, a Global market leader in their industry and top 100 company. *This role will be based in the wider Milton Keynes area*

Do you want to be part of a newly formed organization that is designing and launching new business models across the world? If so, the Amazon operations team is looking for an experienced Site Leader/Operations Manager for an exciting fulfilment network we are building.


Our Site Leaders are responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for our clients worldwide leading Fulfilment Center. Additional responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center.



Basic qualifications



  • Completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years'



  • 7+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment

  • Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques

  • Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations

  • Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays


Preferred qualifications



  • Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field and MBA preferred

  • Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons

  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations

  • Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple FCs across the nation.
