Overview



To deliver an exceptional customer service to the Customer by offering a proactive facilities management service aligned to the company's 8 lines of business and the Customer's requirements.



Skills Profile




  • Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft Office packages

  • Good knowledge of printers, copiers and scanners

  • Proficient IT skills (mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Good knowledge of digital printing processes.

  • Business related facilities management

  • Previous print experience is required



Job Profile



  • To report any non-compliance with Company and departmental processes, wilful damage of machinery/equipment, or employee negligence to waste Company resources including time, materials and property.

  • To maintain all equipment in a clean and safe working order and report repairs when necessary.

  • To deliver an efficient and responsive facilities/reprographics/mail/Goods in service to the customer, continually work to achieve completed production within customer deadlines to meet agreed SLA's and customer satisfaction.

  • To work in collaboration with the clients Facilities Team to deliver facilities services in adherence with quality management standards as dictated by external accreditation including ISMS, Health and Safety and Environmental management to meet customer expectations and best practice.

  • Help solve operational problems quickly and efficiently, and carry out basic maintenance tasks as required and ensure all equipment is serviceable and operable during contracted hours to ensure the most efficient service is provided.

  • To support with the daily management of room booking and conferencing facilities and events to ensure an efficient service is deployed to the clients business, where applicable

  • To provide a general office porterage service, minor desk and chair troubleshooting and adjustments, bike locker management and change drinking water gas cylinder bottles, all to meet the customers agreed service offerings, where applicable

  • Ensure all requests are Logged in to the software management system so that service levels can be monitored and maintained.

  • Any reasonable request from the Contract Manager to meet the business needs and client expectations.



This role is an on-going temporary position working Monday- Friday, 8.30am- 5.00pm and is based in Leeds City centre. If you are interested please call David on 0113 2186530.
