Site Supervisor

Adecco are currently looking for a Site Supervisor to work for our client in Bolton, on a temporary basis, with a view to securing a permanent position.

Duties:

• Maintenance of the school buildings and environment


• Health & safety of the site


• Repairs and DIY projects


• To delegate tasks as appropriate to other site staff or outside contractors


• Monitor the performance of the cleaning staff and report findings to the H.R. Manager.


• To ensure that the hall and other meeting rooms are set out as required for meetings, assemblies and other events and cleared as required afterwards


• Maintain an audit of all tools and equipment, their state of repair and where they are kept


• Maintain all tools and equipment in good repair and arrange for the training of members of the Premises Team on their safe use


• Ensure mechanical equipment is inspected prior to each use


• Ensure power tools are inspected before use and are PAT tested as required


• Clear up bodily fluids after accidents adhering to health & safety procedures

Skills/Knowledge:

• Previous site supervision experience


• Enhanced DBS is essential

Days: Monday-Friday

Hours: Monday-Thursday 06:30-15:00, Friday 06:30-11:30

Salary: £12.00ph - £13.00ph
